These terms apply to orders placed in the online shop at franzraver.com. The online shop sells to private customers; orders from companies and for larger quantities are made by enquiry.

To order, choose a product and a size, add it to your cart and complete the order at checkout: enter your details, choose a delivery method and a payment method, accept these terms and pay.

The contract is formed when the payment has been received. We then email you an order confirmation with the order number, the items, the prices, the delivery method and a link to these terms.

If an item cannot be delivered after the payment has been received, we will tell you without delay and refund the amount paid.

Prices are in euros and include VAT.

Delivery is charged in addition. The delivery price and the order total are shown at checkout before you pay.

An order is charged the price shown when it was placed.

Payments are processed by Montonio. You can pay by bank link, by card (including Apple Pay and Google Pay) and, depending on the order total, with Pay later or Financing, provided by Inbank AS. The terms of those two services are agreed with Inbank.

Payment service provider: Montonio Finance UAB (registry code 305205122), a payment institution licensed by the Bank of Lithuania.

A payment made by bank link is refunded by bank transfer to the payer's account.

Card details are entered on Montonio's payment page. We never see or store them.

We deliver in Estonia only.

You can choose an Omniva or a DPD parcel locker or a courier. The delivery price depends on the size and weight of the parcel and is shown at checkout before you pay. An order too large for a parcel locker can be delivered by courier.

Delivery time: We dispatch your order as soon as possible, at the latest within 30 days.

When the parcel arrives, the carrier notifies you at the phone number or email address given at checkout.

You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period begins on the day you, or a person you name who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.

To withdraw, tell us clearly before the period ends, for example by email to info@franzraver.com, with your order number.

Send the goods back without delay and at the latest within 14 days of telling us you are withdrawing.

The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer.

You are liable for any loss in value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Goods made to the buyer's measurements or specification (for example with a logo or other personalisation) cannot be returned; the right of withdrawal does not apply to them.

We refund every payment received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, without delay and at the latest within 14 days of the day we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We refund the money the same way you paid, unless we agree otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them, whichever is earlier.

If the goods do not conform to the contract, you may make a complaint within two years of receiving them (Law of Obligations Act).

Write to us at info@franzraver.com: describe the defect and, if you can, add a photo and the order number.

For goods that do not conform to the contract you have the rights the law gives you: repair or replacement, a price reduction, or withdrawal from the contract.

We answer a complaint within 15 days of receiving it (Consumer Protection Act).

Send the item to the return address once we have agreed it by e-mail (info@franzraver.com).

If we cannot reach an agreement, you may turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee at the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (ttja.ee).

To fulfil your order we use your name, email address, phone number and delivery address or chosen parcel locker.

For the payment and the delivery we pass the necessary details to Montonio, depending on the payment method to Inbank, and to the carrier (Omniva or DPD).

We may change these terms. An order is governed by the terms published when it was placed.
