Our story

Where we come from

Franz Raver creates teamwear and corporate clothing systems for companies that see clothing as part of their brand, not an afterthought.

We work with growing teams and organisations that value consistency, clarity and how they are represented through people.

Our approach is not based on standard solutions or one-size-fits-all products.
We design collections that take into account real people, different roles and how clothing is actually worn day after day.

Because good teamwear is not about looking uniform.
It is about creating a cohesive identity that still allows individuals to feel like themselves.

We believe clothing is one of the most visible and underused parts of a company’s brand.

Expertise

Environmental responsibility matters to us.

Franz Raver’s founder Susanna Peters graduated from Tallinn University of Technology in resource management in the clothing and textile field, and completed a master’s degree at the Estonian Academy of Arts, where her thesis focused on sustainability in fashion design.

The beautiful summer dresses for the travel consultants in Estravel’s sales offices have been carefully thought through - so that they are comfortable and light to wear and, of course, still stand out enough. The colour of the dresses was chosen to match the tones of the Estravel logo, and the dresses were designed and made by the Estonian company Franz Raver, who caught our eye precisely through the various clothing collection photos that had made their way onto social media.
