Franz Raver uniform presentation
We had the honour of presenting part of our uniform collection at this year’s Spring Ball of the Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, held at Vanemuise Kontserdimaja. Franz Raver’s range includes uniforms designed and made as bespoke tailoring, which help create and strengthen the brand of a company or organisation.

Uniforms that are cool
At the prestigious Spring Ball fashion show we presented more than 30 different designer garments created for companies, among them staff uniforms made for the service sector as well as unique dresses, sweatshirts and leisurewear sets.

According to Franz Raver’s founder and fashion designer Susanna Peters, a uniform has long since ceased to be the dull, old-fashioned outfit you have to wear at work. “A person has to feel comfortable in what they are wearing. A uniform has to be made from quality fabric, fit well and look excellent when worn.”
In the picture on the left is a combined light orange wrap vest that can be worn with both pants and a dress. On the right is a wrap jacket created as a combination of two materials, together with comfortable white pants.
A uniform is part of the employer’s branding
One of the most important aspects of a company’s branding is how its staff are dressed. A uniform tells a story that supports the existing brand elements and helps create a coherent whole for the customer.
Uniforms are especially important in the service sector, because the staff there are in daily direct contact with customers and so represent the company’s brand. How a company presents (dresses) its employees says a great deal about its values and the strength of its brand. A team in quality garments with considered design speaks of sustainability, skill, capability and trust.

Team merch has to be special
Sweatshirts, shirts and the like are comfortable merch - branded company goods that are pleasant to wear and good to look at. “At Franz Raver we believe that the products a company gives its employees to wear affect both staff motivation at work and general self-esteem. We create unique and special sweatshirts, shirts and other goods for companies, all of which tell the company’s story,” says Susanna, adding that the company’s entire production process takes place in Estonia, from design to finished product.

Sweatshirt dresses, extremely popular among women, suit different body shapes and different heights alike. The range includes dresses both with and without pockets.
